Luna Marionette Luna lifted the door off of her shoulder as Alicia shifted the metal underneath it; she allowed it to rest on the metal sheet inwardly grimacing as the metal groaned in protest. It wouldn’t hold long, she turned just in time to watch Alicia disarm a soldier before touching him, she was aware of her friend’s abilities but that didn’t stop the uneasy feeling rise within her. She heard River open fire on the remaining soldiers drawing their attention away from the door; she moved aside allowing the civilians out into the hallway though she didn't follow them out she remained in the room. Rory had crossed her mind a few times since they had been attacked, she knew her friend could handle herself, she believed in her abilities which had helped her quell her worry however. Luna hesitated momentarily as a high pitched whistle caught her attention and stung her ears she turned to watch Professor Torres thankful their teacher was seemingly unhurt, she shifted impatiently as she felt a sheen of light cover her, her eyes alight with anticipation as she watched Professor Torres move into the hail of bullets disarming the soldiers with minimal effort, hands of light snatched the weapons away with practiced ease. Luna crouched low to the ground casting Alicia’s body a glance to check it was OK before she flicked her gaze back up to the professor noticing the soldiers beginning to flock to her she thought it was as good a time as any to jump into the fray. As a soldier turned towards the door she propelled herself over the metal sheet she had been using as cover instantly dropping to the floor as he tried to aim a sidearm at her she slid along the ground and straight through his legs hearing bullets slam into the concrete behind her. She dug her claws into the ground to stop her sliding as she slashed her claws across the backs of his knees severing the ligaments causing him to howl in pain and drop to his knees. She leapt to her feet growling as he fired a hand gun desperately over his shoulder, she dodged the bullets with ease grabbing the gun and yanking it from his grip before bringing the butt of the gun down towards the man’s face with enough force to crack his protective headgear, she kneed him in the back of the head a satisfying snap ringing in her ears. He’d barely hit the floor before she had sprung to the next soldier, discarding the gun as she moved dropping to the floor she avoided a high kick nimbly swinging her leg in an arc underneath her she knocked the soldiers supporting ankle out from under him causing him to lose his balance and fall back onto his backside as he hit the floor Luna’s claws swung up towards his face puncturing his lower jaw and snapping his back head in a spurt of dark goo, as she ripped her claws free she tore half of his helmet away from his face sending it skittering across the floor as she moved onto the next soldier. Despite the brutality of her actions as she slashed her way through the soldiers there was a refined structure to how she moved from one enemy to the next with obvious room for improvement her take downs could be cleaner and a lot faster, she was leaving herself too open to counter-attacks depending heavily on her reflexes to pick up the slack, it was all a rather unnecessary risk, at least there was thought behind each move which suggested she was in control of her actions, she hadn’t submitted to her rage. The strange ooze that seemed to spew forth from the soldiers wounds repulsed Luna as it soaked into her clothes and doused her hair staining the blonde locks a peculiar color. She leapt at one of the last soldiers impaling him on her claws as her fingers sunk deep into his belly gripping his throat with her other hand she spun round slamming him into the wall with enough force to break probably every bone in his body as well as cause the damaged structure to crack dangerously, it wouldn't take much for it to crumble in on itself a smile flickered over her face as she released him and he crumpled to the floor, she wiped her hand on her jeans as they were already covered in the dark liquid anyway. The smile quickly faded as she felt another soldier approach her from behind, she turned sharply ready to engage him when a loud metallic clatter erupted around the room strong enough to disorientate her as it assaulted her sensitive ears causing her to recoil from it. She hissed angrily as the man collided with her lifting her off of her feet and propelling them both through the wall behind her as the structure caved into the other room in a flurry of dust and debris. Luna brought her knees up to her chest digging her feet into the man’s abdomen as they went through the wall, she grabbed at the material covering his shoulders and as her back painfully connected with the floor she propelled him over her head sending him flying across the new room and unintentionally impaling him on a large dinosaur bone that had already tumbled to the ground during the tremors. Luna continued to roll back onto her feet, pulling her lip back in a snarl as she brushed herself down. “That ought to teach him” She grumbled, putting a hand to her left side her fingers slid across the moist material with ease thanks to the lubrication of the dark liquid she was covered in, she winced as her fingers jabbed at a bloody shard of glass embedded in her side with a small grunt of discomfort she tugged the offensive item from her flesh before tossing it to the side. Her ears pricked as Freddie’s voice echoed out of the messy hole she had left in the wall of the WWII section, looking over her shoulder at the room she had burst into. She could see that she was now stood in the dinosaur section of the museum, her eyes glanced over the messy piles of bones that were strewn across the floor. Luckily on the way through the wall the soldier and herself hadn’t passed through any piping though she heard the angry crackle of electricity from the few black cables that had been ripped from their places some being torn completely by the action. Luna took a step towards the hole looking over the combined forces of Freddie's and Professor Torres groups, about to regroup with them when she caught Rory’s scent she was rather attuned to it...not that is was ever to be mentioned, she knew it was strange. She stopped and turned around heading further into the new exhibit her eyes searching the area around her instantly alert for danger as she hopped further into the room, catching Morena's scent as well as traces of the others who had been there previously. "Rory? Morena?" Luna called, she was close to cover should the response be a hail of bullets.
