Spencer would probably interpret that as leadership. I think he'd literally just trying suss out who actually has it together in that situation and do whatever the hell they wanted him to do. They wouldn't have to be bossy for him to do it anyway without question. 

Spencer and Henry might get along as well? They both seem quite shy? Idk. Just thought I'd throw it out there.
