In terms of Leon's relationships, I think since he only really hung out with his close-knit group of friends, then he won't really have any friends in this group, however, I think, at first, he'll find it easy to get on with everyone.
As Sixx said, there may be a bit of an 'alpha male' thing there, even if he doesn't mean for it to be like that.
