Appearance:

Personality: As a doctor, Rose is naturally caring and motherly towards everyone around her, especially her patients. HOWEVER, in the medical win, her words are the law. IT does not matter if you're some random victim or Heinz Harper himself, you do as she says to the letter and without question. To disobey is to bring down the wrath of God on your head and you will be forced back in your bed and to do what she says whether you like it or not. Get her angry enough and you will suffer some form of punishment other then being force to follow the orders you are given.

However, Rose is gentler with some patients then others. Such patients, like Amaya Yashia and Amelia Averyonna, come from difficult or sometimes outright appalling conditions and are in need of someone who can give them motherly guidance. With such patients she is calmer, motherly, and more willing to bend her rules since they need that gentler touch to help them get better.

Magical powers/ Physical Abilities:rose knows three different schools: life (healing, control of plants) fate(increase and decrease luck and such) mentalism (mind reading and keeping track of ones emotional state)

Flaws: Rose's biggest flaw, though sometimes also a high point of her personality, is her dedication to her job and her patients. Though normally calm, she will quickly lose her temper when her patients disobey her orders and sometimes causes them more pain as a result. She can also get very attached to patients who are with her for an extended period of time, sometime that can cloud her judgment and cause her to act rashly. Rose also takes it very hard when a patient dies on her and will sometimes push herself too hard for several days.

Side: the agency

Bio: Rose was born in a high ranking family of the Mafia a mere two years before magic became a part of the world. Her parents looked down on those who used magic and, seeing more and more members of the mafia use it to rise through the ranks, they quite in disgust at what they thought the organization was becoming. Sadly, one does not simply leave the mafia, especially if they were one of the higher up families and knew some of the organization's darkest secrets.

When Rose was only five years, the mafia sent a hit squad to eliminate her family. Her parents knew this would happen eventually though and they had made plans for when it would happen. Rose's mother quickly hid her and her older brother in a well hidden trapdoor before staying above ground to hold off the hitmen. Sadly the fight didn't last long and the body of Rose's mother fell on the trapdoor, helping hide it. The only reason the children weren't given away is because Rose's brother muffled her screams for her mother. Rose didn't understand the significance of what was going on until a single drop of her mother's blood fell through the trapdoor and landed on her forehead.

Luckily for the siblings their parents had friends in the Agency who would know were to find them and they were rescued in a matter of hours, as the gunfight had attracted the attention of their neighbors. While her older brother did his best to comfort her, the entire experience deeply traumatized Rose, giving her access to magic. However, her magic was blank at the time and didn't take shape until years later after another traumatic incident.

Rose and her brother had been taken in by an Agency friend of their parent's, who treated them as his own children. Rose and her brother lived in peace for ten years, living normal lives. Sadly, at that time one of several new diseases that had come into the world because of magic was running rampant in their area. Rose managed to avoid getting sick but the rest of her family was not so lucky. Rose was forced to watch and relive the experience of being helpless as her family died in front her, only much more slowly this time. This brought back the memories of her parents deaths, memories she had buried and forgotten. This in turn brought back her magic, which took shape to match the goal she set for herself as she watched those she cared about pass away one after the other: To learn the medical arts and save as many lives as she could.

As soon as she was able to, Rose entered medical school and threw herself into her studies. Her teachers noted her dedication to the medical arts and her unusually strong connection to the healing properties of Life magic. Rose's dedication was rewarded when she graduated a year earlier then most other students. She quickly found a job in a local hospital and was happy for a while and enjoyed her job. However, she soon began to desire helping those who put themselves in harms way to help other and therefore got hurt more often.

Her answer came in the form of the Agency and it's head, Heinz Harper. Heinz had been watching Rose for a while and noted her magical talents and dedication to her job. The position of head doctor in the Agency had been recent vacated and he had decided she would fill the position perfectly. Rose quickly accepted and moved to New York as quickly as she could. She has proven to be exceptionally good at her job, being both feared and respected by her patients and colleges. She has also gain two daughters in Amaya an AAnd look after then the best she could
