Personality: Ray is a troubled individual. He suffers from PTSD triggered anxiety attacks, and has taken to taking drugs to help cope with them, be they legal (the support he's getting from being a vet) or illegal (stuff he gets from 'Lab Rat'). On days when he's feeling okay, he's friendly and talkative, but most other days he's withdrawn and morose. Sometimes he suffers from flashbacks, and usually the only one who can snap him out of it is his buddy John, who is the only person he really trusts.

Other: He's partners with John "Lab Rat" Salsades. He scratches his robotic prosthetic when nervous or anxious, which if he notices, sometimes sends him into a depressive spiral/PTSD flashback. He also knows his guns and military hardware.

History: Ray was friends with Lab Rat before joining the military, and one of his customers, though only for recreational drug use. Now drugs have become his lifestyle. Ray lost his arm in the Army. He won't say where or how he lost it, but its most likely he lost it in the second Operation Enduring Freedom. He doesn't talk much about his past. Most just assume that he's another broken vet, and they're pretty much right. He's currently living with Lab Rat (If Incredible John is okay with that) and has helped him out with some of the more elaborate traps.
