Maiko was waiting for Seranai's response, but then he saw that they were running out of time and had to act fast. so he ran towards the village center and yelled behind him at the other Jinchuuriki, "just follow my lead!" 

but before he made a move, he saw that Kai was on a roof top with a dark haired woman who looked like she was a member of the Uchiha clan. that wouldn't be good if she was and ether way it meant that Kai had been discovered as well by a leaf shinobi. what could Maiko do? ether he made a suicidal attempt at taking on the Hokage and his Anbu ninja, or he could help Kai and with the three of them together that is if Seranai fights as well, they could defeat her and if there was still time they could rescue the captured Jinchuuriki. he decided to help his comrade and leaped onto the tops of building heading straight for Kai and Ria. he moved in quickly and had his Bo staff filled with his chakra and ready to strike the Uchiha. he hoped he had made the right choice as he closed in on the Konoha ninja and he preyed that Seranai would help them fight her.
