More and more villains are terrorizing the streets of Gotham City, proving to be too much for Bruce Wayne and his colleagues to handle. With the JLA having their own problems to deal with, Bruce decides to set up a team of possible heroes that live in Gotham. The search was difficult to find the right people, but in the he did it, and each member of the Bat Family was tasked with finding one of them and bringing them to Bruce. It another team of crime-fighting justice-bringers on the streets, Bruce hopes that Gotham can have lasting peace.
