Personality: Ramsey is an interesting man whom has a strange mix of personality traits in one body. He is a sarcastic man who loves to make fun of every little situation mentally or out loud, no matter how horrific or terrifying the situation may or may not be. However he tends keeps the mockery to a low degree when in a ugly situation such as a murder. He can be extremely disrespectful to most people but to people he does truly respect he is very humble to and very sincere. However he has no problem lying to anyone despite the former fact and takes pride in his lying abilities. He enjoys the pain of getting hurt and the feeling of hurting others but doesn't actively seek to hurt innocent people unless he has to. He hates hurting people he doesn't have to but doesn't shy away from saving his own skin when it comes down to it. He is ready to make the sacrifices to make sure other people get away but as long as it doesn't completely cripple him. He hates children but doesn't talk down to them when he can help it which is hard since he is a heavily sarcastic individual. He acknowledges others as hypocritical but when he is confronted with the same word he laughs it off. He takes pride in his freedom but respects the law and it's enforcement but doesn't even flinch from breaking a cop's hand. However the main pulling factor behind Ramsey is his freedom and he refuses to let anyone take that away from him but he dislikes being in charge of anything seeing it as a overall horrible idea. He has a policy of not killing people unless he absolutely has to. He finds the science behind the things he does interesting but he finds it ungodly boring to listen to in extreme detail. He also feels the same way about reading. He loves puppy dogs and tends to turn into a little boy when confronted with something cute. He likes to hit on women but not women whom he actively meets on occasions. 

Biography: Born in Ohio to a pair of relatively normal people whom worked as teachers and historians young Ramsey was raised from early on to be a respectful individual which he never took heart to doing. From childhood he was always curious and had many strange tendencies to get into places when no other child would normally be able to get to as he had been able to climb a tree since the age of three. He was known for his ability to quickly understand things but he had trouble getting along with others and often was alone. Growing up in the small town Ramsey taught himself how to fight with the help of one of his next door neighbors who was a retired navy seal whom had grown attached to the boy after finding him in his basement somehow climbing across two trees and onto the roof by himself without making much noise. While his father disapproved of it and his mother secretly did as well he found himself more and more interesting in combat and fighting. During middle school and high school he was known for his ability to beat up bullies and had almost been expelled for breaking their fingers, noses, arms, and legs in fights when they picked on him. 

He never really got in the way of the bullies when they picked on the younger kids however. Eventually after school he joined a small strip club as a bouncer but left after he slept with half of the strippers and the owner of the place. He then joined a small paramilitary group thanks to the help of his mentor and worked as a mercenary for some years learning how to further skills in hand to hand combat through boxing and other types of fighting which normally where surprisingly unprofessional but effective. He learned that dirty moves were not only acceptable but could lead to easy victories and gained a sense of practicality from it. 

He served many years as a mercenary before he quit and wandered around from place to place before coming onto a small city when he was hired as a body guard and learned many ways to shoot a gun from a former terrorist whom had given up his old ways along with new training regiments that only made him stronger. He had adapted to the way of a drifter but eventually went back to the old mercenary group in which grew somewhat infamous for his sarcasm. He fought with a mutated man named Bull Nose often, a man with skin strong enough to block bullets and knives, and often came up on top. He obtained his signature helmet when he was on a protection mission and saved the head scientist's life and was given the newly made helmet as a gift for doing so well (the place had been stormed by an entire regiment's worth of guards with only five people to back him up Ramsey fought off the enemy mercenary group whom had tried to capture the scientists and kill him) however he later found out that it was only given to him because it was a prototype and he was going to be the Ginny pig for it. His arch enemy Bull Nose eventually killed the scientist and he left with the helmet presumed dead. After some soul searching in China and Japan under the name of Alex Copperhead, he returned to America where he adapted a new persona known as Black Hawk a vigilante for hire whom took on thugs and gangs for the fun of it, while wielding out of date guns and old fashioned knives along with his bare hands before he was contacted by a man named Lars Conrad whom would become his operator. After which he quickly changed his more street thug persona into a cold and dangerous persona not all different from Batman himself. However he was known for being called The Biker Hero by some because of his somewhat biker like attitude and clothes which he adapted into a more militaristic and 'badass' sort of way after Lars equipped him with military grade weapons and gear and taught him many of his current skills or honed them to what they are today.

Appearance: White Skin with short cut black hair with numerous cuts and scars on his torso and legs along with two on his lips on either side from up to down from two separate knife fights. His eyes are grey and have a dark hue. He normally wears a white t-shirt with grey hoodie even when it's hot out unless it's unbearably so. He sometimes wears sunglasses when outside and wears a golden ring with a diamond in it on his right hand. In his super 'hero' outfit he wears a black helmet that resembles a mechanical ski-mask that covers all of his face with white dots indicating where the eyes are located at. The mask allows him to ignore toxins and allows him to see in the dark due to it being specifically made for him. It was made by a ex-military company and the designer was killed in a terrorist bombing in the middle east. It is the only known one of it's kind. However it's nothing special per say. The rest of his outfit consists of a black t-shirt that has padded Kevlar underneath it with a bandolier across his chest. Above that he wears a black leather jacket in which he carries small explosives in his pockets and other small handy devices such as mini-flash lights and flares with matches. His tool belt is military grade and carries two holsters for pistols which were made by Lars Conrad that can shoot both normal bullets and tranquilizer darts. It has numerous slots for ammo and other assorted tools and has two knives in the back. His pants are black camouflaged and have even more stun grenades attached to them. His boots are military style combat boots. His gloves have small metal plates on the knuckles and padding on the parts where the finger bend which sacrifice mobility but give him the ability to punch harder.
Abilities: Extremely competent hand to hand fighter, above average technical skills, highly acrobatic and agile, skilled marksman, knowledge of the human body (for minor medical skills and for how to kill or incapacitate a person), highly trained reflexes, Ability to keep calm under even dire circumstances and has strong mental capabilities through that.

Personality: Lars is a blunt and simple man who likes things to be simple and to the point. He enjoys very little but he does like to smile a lot especially when things are going his way. He has a great love for anything technological and is not afraid to take cheap ways to win things. He loves gambling but not to an obsessive extent. He dislikes the younger generation greatly but doesn't actively voice his dislike for them and merely treats them like disobedient children when they don't listen to him. He likes to explain things in detail and prefers to make sure every point is examined to it's fullest. He never likes leaving a job half done. His whole reason for working with Black Hawk is unknown however he states that he believes the boy could take up his old mantel if he wasn't such a piss head. He often swears and grumbles when angry and gives people long angry stares when he is ignored or upset and to tired or angry to talk. He loves bingo games and new modern age comic books and tv shows however.
Biography: Much of his history is unknown however it is fair to assume that Lars was a scientist at some point in his life employed by a high ranking nation of some sort. He has given away only what he cares to give away that he has many enemies from gangs to high ranking mobsters. In fact the only reason he has been included in The Gotham Alliance was because he personally sent Batman files on himself and revealed the fact that he is the former Autumn Flame whom was a super hero back thirty years ago or so and had helped bring an end to an explosive gang war that almost stopped the construction of Bludhaven. He is a legendary super hero was was presumed dead after his secret base was blown up by his former arch nemesis Frost Bite whom had the ability to control ice and make ice at a moments notice by manipulating water molecules almost instantaneously. 

He also settled peace agreements between two nations by threatening to intervene personally with earlier super heroes before the time of the Justice League to stop the war. His given reason to come back is simple: To matter once again to something and a minor reason to keep his protege Black Hawk in line.
Appearance: White Skin with silver white hair that covers his entire head. He is a skinny old man with dull blue eyes and his skin is slightly bruised in some areas. His lips are almost bloodless and he has a walking cane made out of hickory tree wood with him some of the times but apparently it is just for show. He wears a white and blue shirt with a grey jacket. He wears denim jeans and brown boots. He has a hearing aid in his right ear but it really is just a portable communicator hidden to look like one. He has many pockets in both pants that allow him to hold all sorts of devices normally all of which are non-lethal but extremely painful from sonic generators to mini-flash bangs. His years of heroics are long behind him and it shows as he always appears slumped and tired however his eyes almost never give anything away except when the old man lets them and under very few cases will his gaze betray him. When he does have to fight however he prefers his custom made suit known as 'Autumn Flame' which have flame throwers in the palms and have hoses along the arms and legs and back which are protected by armor the expands and contracts and can cause third degree burns and can even burn through tanks.when applied in concentration. The metal is singed but has a white and grey hue and no sculpted face and is more of a welder's mask. The mask causes his voice to change from a gruff withered one to a robotic like one.

Abilities: Genius level intelligence, extreme technical skills, extremely clever and able to adapt to changing conditions very quickly, extremely well honed mental strength, well controlled body language (meaning he can consciously and unconsciously control himself to prevent giving away emotion or feelings, Adept Hacker and computer expert. Nuclear energy expert.
