Pichu can speak, just not in English. He's speaking in his tongue, but I'm writing it out as if he were speaking in English because so everyone else can know what he's saying and/or thinking. Because if I just make him say: "Pichu, pi, pichu!" you're not going to know what he's saying. But yeah that's just how I write too. x)

Also Conor just usually guesses or has a clue at what his Pokemon are trying to say to him, depending on their bonds he'll understand more or not.
