The shuttle had landed. Teens all around her began to free themselves of their seat belts, some tending to injuries and others exploring the ship. Mira had her foot firmly on the ground with the coin still underneath; she wasn't letting it go any time soon. She turned to her left to see if her neighbour had gotten out of their seat. She froze. A metal fragment was protruding from the boy's chest, blood gushing out of the wound. He coughed violently, the red fluid flying from his mouth. He was still alive, but only barely. Mira's hands clenched and unclenched, her whole body shaking. A memory flooded her mind though it was a bit blurry. She saw a girl lying in a puddle of blood on the ground. She saw another girl holding a pencil or a pen. Then static. She slowly flipped her hands over and stared at her palms with wide eyes. She rocked back and forth as her right hand began scratching at her left wrist. Her pupils moved rapidly around, as if not knowing what to focus on. Mira muttered once more, "I didn't do it, I didn't do it, I didn't do it." --- Dae was among the first to jump out of his seat. He wasn't at all shaken by the rough landing. In fact, he thought it was kind of fun - minus the whole "shuttle breaking down" part. He briefly looked in his general area to see if anyone needed any help. "Is everyone aight? Anyone need a hand from this gentleman?" he bowed, jokingly. Might as well put everyone at ease for the time being.
