@solokolos: to stay conform to previous reviews I cannot accept water whip for a Genin. Besides that Shu looks great. If you change that I will accept him.

I don't decide over that, J8cob or else Fiery would have a say in that. J8cob as the Mizukage and Fiery for always keeping the roster with me updated.

I have a question regarding posting format, is first person allowed? I have found it to be way more fun and interactive than third person. third person however isn't a problem for me either.

Roster updates:

- Takeshi Fujiwara has been added to team 11 (Hatake)
- Shu Ibi has been added to Team 15 (Sutã)

If anything else needs to be fixed please tell me.

As for first person Nathan, preferably not. It is honestly easier for an RP to be written in third person.

I talked to Gero and basically; why don't we try to do a Titanpad to sum up the scene ourselves in a collab or something? We've been stretching this too far.

If you want to finish it up on a titanpad then we just need to figure out a time to do it. I get off of work at 4pm EST if your open at around that time
The only problem with titanpad is Gero is in a completely different timezone then me which has proven to make collabs nearly impossible. if you mean collab without Gero then it seems kinda pointless because Gero is the only one who needs to post right now

If we are in the same (or close to the same) timezones then I suggest Gero just posts a short post basically saying "you did it. go have fun now" and then we could do a collab or basically go our desperate ways and post like we always do.

I know I took forever to post last time and I apologize for that but this who training thing is starting to seem like a flop. I'm having less fun each week we stretch it out. im not trying to be a dick to Gero or anything I've just been trying to find an excuse to leave the whole training thing.

BTW I'm almost certain ForcedSmile is gone so now we may need to find a way to write him out of the team. Maybe say he didn't like his first taste at being a true ninja and doesn't want to do it anymore.

Forcedsmile is a student of mine in Team 2 and he has informed me that he is busy with Exams. I already updated Gero of this as well did mentioned something in the skype chat. If not, I am sure that its now clear that he will be put on a standby due his personal priorities being high atm. I also need to say that we had a jounin guiding rules and the leader of the team makes the decision if somebody stays within the team or not.

I'm actually interested. I can't access the backup site and thus the CS template(by access, I mean my phone won't allow it) but I'd like to be a hidden mist nin preferably.
