Bio: Wilhelm once held the rank of Lieutenant in the Prussian Army. During his service near the border with Romania, his unit came into contact with what could only have been a vampire. Only Wilhelm survived, but his commanding officers didn't believe his story. He was stripped of his rank and discharged as a coward. Wanting to better serve mankind and avenge the men under his command. Wilhelm sought out the Order.
