I figure that the especially bright comet might have been the ship coming down. We could actually write out the events at the landing site, or play it straight and keep writing for our two characters. What do you think?
I figure that the aliens have the ability to inhabit human bodies, so they would have to be smaller, with the shape of a tentacle or a spider or something. I figure there are enough of them to almost take over the entire town. Part of the problem will be battling possessed humans without hurting them. The runaway alien with them might look more human. Maybe he or she is just a teen or a child? I am going to work on a post for the landing site tonight, but I have to go to my son' science fair soon.
Okay, that's cool. The spider thing would make sense, then, for inhabiting bodies.Yeah, the runaway would probably be around teen age, which would at least partially explain how he/she felt mature enough to run away but then ended up on a shuttle full of dangerous criminals.
Hmm... Good question. Let's find out! I was figuring that when they took someone over they could sort of absorb who they were a bit, in terms of memories and such. That way, we don't know who is and who is not one of them (like the humanoid Cylons on B.G.). I am open to other ideas though.
Heh, I never really watched B.G. so I had to go ahead and look up what those were, but I think I see what you mean. Sorry about apparently posting the same response three times. My computer froze up when I'd his submit and just now I saw that that had happened.
I'm apologize for how long it's taking me to reply. I've been job hunting and working on getting things squared away for school this fall. I'll get something up for you soon.
Renee has grown on me. I hate to do it, but I am going to have to have an alien possess her. Otherwise, our little spree will be over before it starts. It will take a little while because I have four other people waiting for posts and yours is last, so Renee lives just a little longer.
