Active Abilities
State of matter manipulation- Turning a liquid to a solid, etc. 

Passive Abilities
Extremely high healing rate from things like cuts and bruises. Also, to go with her matter manipulation abilities, her hair is hydrophobic and repels all liquids (not super useful, but still an ability I suppose?)
Weapon(s)
A solidified 'sword' made of blood from the room she awoke in. Pretty sharp, but extremely flimsy.

Personality
She developed selective mutism (being physically able to talk, but refusing to speak under any circumstance) as a result of being abandoned at age 8, before being abducted for testing. Since she lost her memory she speaks but is still very shy and timid. Her first reaction to most situations is crying. However, she often has good intuition.

Weaknesses/Fears
Being put in a situation that creates a lot of anxiety or pressure. If everyone is looking at her or expecting her to do something, her powers can become a bit out of hand. She is also afraid of abandonment due to her past experiences.

Special Abilities / Traits / Attributes / Quirks
She cries a lot. And when she does, the tears usually turn to solids as they escape from her eyes. Yup, she also functions as an ice dispenser.
