Power: He can control any inorganic material, anything not containing carbon. The bigger the object is the harder it is to control. If Steve uses hand motions, he has more control over the object.

Personality: He is a prankster. He like to read, cause trouble, sleep, and play videogames. He treats everything as a game. He hates fire, it causes him to go crazy.

History: He is son of a normal American human and a Russian villain, who could control fire. When he was four his mother found out his father was a villain. After that happened, she ran away and abandoned Steve. He doesn't remember his mother. He discovered he had powers, when he was twelve. When he was fourteen, he kept on asking his dad what happened to mother, and his father kept dodging the question. Steve did not give up, and ended up angering his father. His father used his powers on Steve and burned Steve's face with his hand. The only part of his face not burned was the right side of face from the top of his cheekbone up. That was when he found out his father was a villain. After that incident, he went from couch to couch. He started a business when he turned 15, selling figurines and other things. 

Appearance: 6'6". Weighs 168 lbs. Looks extremely skinny because of how tall he is but he is muscular. Has short black hair and green eyes. His face has a hand shaped burn on it, which has a pink shade to it. Wears an eye patch over his left eye. His skin is slightly tan. 

Other: Has a Russian accent.
