What makes sense to be is that each case of possible character death and character death be viewed separately. I feel as if a genin goes into an impulsive fight with a kage that's basically suicide. But I'd be mad if Tray and my characters tried to do a sneaky rescue mission to save their teammate and are killed off for it. But I also think this is sort of different, you know? Besides, I do feel like a Hokage would be sorta less likely to kill off children attempting a rescue mission than a child that is trying to outright kill him. I feel like there's too many factors for a Death Clause to be in black-and-white.
