Carmen - Ara you ready for Beach Olympics? Carmen's head whipped around at the sound of a lady yelling into a megaphone. Her eyes narrowed. She turned back to Ara when the announcement was finished and spoke her mind: "Aren't we supposed to be on holiday? Disrupting the peace to yell at everyone to come over as soon as possible isn't really...appropriate," she mused. "But! Beach Olympics do sound fun...maybe we'll get to use that volleyball net." Ara remarked how "beach" was really general. "I would hope everyone would follow the sound of the megaphone...but you're right," Carmen responded. "It's not exactly a very helpful description. I get the feeling she was making up that announcement on the spot...which is more like a holiday. Alright...I guess it's acceptable," she finished, satisfied that her personal diatribe had reached a conclusion. "Well, let's go!" With that, she began walking towards the beach, looking back at Ara to make sure he would follow. Looking at the beach across the way, Carmen observed a lot of the other students slowly congregating around the megaphone lady, noting particularly how scantily clad most of the other women were. Well, they're certainly dressed for the occasion, she thought to herself. This sundress is staying on, though. It's too fashionable to take off.
