True I fucked up and double posted in the IC. Let me just fix that. It was taking forever for my post to submit so i refreshed and tried again because I'm a noob and it posted the same thing twice.

Sure that's fine too. And the Justice League headquarters is the Watchtower, as outlined in the OP. The Hall of Justice was the original base but now it's a place that's open to the public sort of like a museum.
