"As you wish."

Kei and Takumi had a polite lunch, but very little of any substance was exchanged. Kei told a bit of her growing up story. Her parents were both travelers, her mother an herbalist, her father a merchant. Travelling around created a childhood for her that was full of different and unique experiences, but also brought around some great danger. It wasn't until years after talking with Ayameko that she learned she had been attacked by what was suspected to be another being that was created similarly to the 10 Tails. Beyond that, she didn't know much more. It wasn't information she needed to hide either.

Kei led Takumi to the room for the meeting. It was a part of the Sankage's personal estate, which was almost an official public building at this point. She conducted most of the business for their nation out of her own home. The room itself was a standard conference room, but there was a simple elegance to it. The floors were a richly stained bamboo, a mix of cherry and cinnamon colors. The walls were a stark white contrast, with the inner edge around the walls having a significant groove cut out as a bed for a wide range of specialty plants, some which vined up towards the ceilings. The wall to the outside, or lack there of, the sliding panels that made it up had been removed for the bright summertime air, provided a view out onto Yggdrasil, as well as the forests and cliffs around the city. A few pieces of ink art hung on the walls as well, nestled among the plants.

Kei herself did not enter, but gave way for Takumi to, sliding the door open to reveal an already waiting Shiō, even though they were over ten minutes ahead of the meeting scheduled.

Shiō sat in a chair at the end, her dark hair tied up in a singular ponytail. Her right leg cross sharply over her left, her arms also crossed about her body. She acknowledged both with a nod and a gesture for Takumi to take a seat wherever at the table.

"Chiyoko should arrive momentarily," Shiō commented dryly.

Chiyoko was known as Taishi for a reason. She was the ambassador not only of their nation, but of another nation from a land far outside of the knowledge of the current nations. From Chiyoko's stories, it wasn't really much of a nation, but a singular island smaller than the Land of Water's center island. Chiyoko didn't really say much about her reasons for being here, other than that she was looking for someone.

At the moment, however, it was just Shiō and Takumi.
