[b]Ability:[/b] Manipulation of Size - Just as it would seem. Sil can control any object's size, though larger things or prolonged use tends to strain her mentally. She uses this to make her appear normal sized, most of the time.
[b]Bio:[/b] Sil was, at first, seemingly a normal human being. She lived through her first 5 years of life as a regular child. Though, after that, she began the gradual process of shrinking, and only when she was barely the size of a water bottle did her parents consider sending her to the facility. After much mental preparation of her last year with her family, she was sent at the age of 8.
