Tat Likes To Think he's a pretty cool guy, he's seen it all so he isn't easily shocked by much. He isn't overly aggressive, but he isn't one to back down from a fight he has a chance of winning. He uses his head, and can often be found sassing off or being sarcastic.
Backstory:
Tat Grew Up In A Gang Area, A Lot Of Mobs Fighting For Turf, Especially His Family's Turf. He Knew From A Young Age That He Was Gonna End Up Dead, on the streets, or kissing a dons ass, he never thought he'd have a place in government work.
