Sometimes when he is laughing he can accidentally make the room too bright. When he is depressed he can make all the lights in the orphanage go out.

Bio: As a child, Luke was kidnapped by a psychopath who did sick things to Luke. Luke eventually escaped by using his power to make the house dark and in the confusion he escaped and eventually found the orphanage. He has no idea of who is parents are and no way of knowing.
