Normal Form – Almost shoulder-length auburn hair, dark brown eyes, slightly short for the average 16-year-old boy
Chibi Form – About 7.5 inches tall, with the same basic features, but simplified into a smaller size and less proportionate shape. 
Personality: Very cheerful, optimistic character. He is happy with both physical and artistic activities, even if he is not exactly “first pick” material for either. He really likes painting, and is actually fairly decent, although almost all of his paintings tend to reflect his childish nature. He alternates between wearing girl’s clothes and boy’s clothes, depending on what he feels comfortable in that day. 
Ability: Chibishifting – this character has the ability to turn into a real-life chibi. While in chibi form, a lot of natural laws of physics and such do not always apply the same way to the character, allowing them to prevent injury and accomplish some feats normally unattainable by humans (Within reason, of course. He can’t survive absolutely anything, nor can he fire lasers or levitate without an appropriate explanation). This comes with its own set of problems, however, such as being too short to reach many objects or places; being small enough to be easily picked up, tossed around, or trapped under medium-sized objects (or on top of large objects); being mistaken for a plush toy; and other comedic difficulties. The character retains the same strength in both forms.

Name: Kikaku “Kika” Okuda

Personality: Kind of quiet, though he will often open up pretty easily if spoken to. However, he doesn’t consider himself to be an individual with anything particularly interesting to say, and would rather listen to others speak than bore them with whatever might come out of his mouth. He really likes dancing and sleeping, but he isn’t too confident with swimming just yet since he has lived in mostly mountainous or forest filled territories before. He never went to the local bodies of water often enough to become really good at swimming, though he has no problem with water he can stand in. He keeps a very beak-like mask which he often wears to hide his nose when his magic cannot keep it in a smaller state. Due to his tengu heritage, his nose is actually much longer than would be considered normal for the average human, and he often hides it either with magic or his mask because it’s embarrassing to him. 
Ability: Flight, small-scale transformation (only enough to hide his wings and shrink his nose)
