Place of Birth: Korlash’s place of birth was a small village in a large forest in the middle of nowhere.

Appearance: Due to being a guard for a large human city, Korlash is well muscled, albeit he is thin. His hands are long and feminine, and his legs long and moderately thick. On his face he bears a twin pair of long jagged scars, running from the upper portion of his cheeks, down his mouth, to the sides of his neck, ending at the back of his shoulders.

Connection with paired character: When Korlash first encountered jin, she had stolen some food and he went to chase her down. When he finally caught up to her, he saw she was thin and hungry and decided to let her go, but managed to retrieve the food. After his first encounter with her he began encountering her more and more, always chasing her down. One night after guard duty, he went back to his house. What he found was jin foraging through his food. He managed to chase her out but not without her stealing some food. Soon afterwards she returned and started going through his food again. Tired of her antics he let her stay and eat, and even began teaching her proper etiquette and the language of the land.

History: Korlash was an elf born into a highly religious village. During his childhood, Korlash began to hunt, something forbidden in his village. When he returned to his village with his first kill, he was beaten sorely for his insurgence. As an act of defiance, Korlash began to hunt in secret, slowly becoming better. After a while he got the bravery to hunt a bear. When he returned to the village with his kill, he was discovered with the corpse. Fed up with his antics, the elders of the village held him down and carved a scar into his body, running from the tops of his cheeks, down to his mouth, down the sides of his neck, to his shoulder blades. He was cast out of the village and left to fend for himself. After wandering for months, hungry and poor, he found a human city in which he could enlist in the guard. Due to his slow aging, he managed to become captain of the guard after many long bloody battles in defense of the town.
