"The Vitus were informed of an experiment one of our team, Dr Willows was conducting about a serum related to radiation. I don't have the knowledge to explain it, but apparently they could modify the serum and turn it in a radioactive virus for mass murder. They came here convinced that they could extract some of the serum from the body from the deceased Ms Willows and as you can see violated her grave. Fortunately, we managed to stop them before they could make it and the husband took his wife away to give her a proper burial. Please inform your superiors about the situation. Of course, you can ignore what I said and take us into custody, but don't expect us to gladly cooperate in case of a Vitus assault! And before you ask, my last statement is clearly a threat!"

Jack's final words were to reverse the situation and make clear that they weren't the least bit scared of the police.
