Why did they come on this mission, knowing they might never return to Earth? He came on this mission to get away from boring old earth for adventure and excitement Plus the pay is great. 
History/Story: Harry was born and raised on Luna, like most his family he worked in the Mechanical fabrication and maintenance. He would build and repair alsorts of engineering equipment and vehicles Once he heard about this opportunity he jumped at it. signed right up and took his pilots test. Though he loved his family he need more adventure and to push himself more to see his limits and make history.

Why did they come on this mission, knowing they might never return to Earth: running from her Ex Husband. she doesn't ever want to go back.
History/Story: Lucy was Born on Earth in Japan and was a daughter of a Major IT and communications CEO before the company was shut down for tax evasion. As she had her fathers name that was ruined in the eyes of Corporations she found it hard to get work and often it was low pay and not very glamorous like fixing peoples personal computers and PDA's. She married into a rich family but once they found out who her father was her husband started to abuse her mentally, she ran away but he always found her so now she is running away to the furthest place known to humankind. where she hopes to start a new life. and one away from the pain she suffered.
