[b]Personality[/b]: Julia is more than a little bit headstrong, and tends to be reckless. She's a joker, but short tempered. Unfortunately, her anger can seem rather sudden because she tends to shrug off everything up until the point she snaps.
[b]Appearance[/b]: (incoming, I actually drew her up I just have to scan it) Julia is dark-skinned and has her black dreads tied behind her head. She has brown eyes and stands at about 5'7". She always wears a military jacket with the name "Keeper" on it over a shirt and jeans or cargo pants.

[b]Description[/b]: Julia has lived in Freebird, Ohio all her life and currently lives with her mother in an apartment. Her father is military and not home that much, though they stay in contact via e-mail. She's lived a relatively normal life besides that and goes to a public high school as a Junior. She plays guitar, and also plays another game called "Deep, Dark Dungeons", and is rather well known as "The Duelist". She's pretty new to this whole "Ultimate Horizon" thing though...
