Is stich's ship a communications ship or is it just carrying materials to build the stuff on the colony. I was thinking mine would act like ATC for the colony and planet as well as communications satellite broadcasting to the planet. Officially it is a military ship so it can handle military transmissions. I can amend things as needed.
