The Rebellion is quite a new concept. I'll be throwing up my CS either later tonight/tomorrow to give you an idea of what it is.

Reminds me to add a little more to the OP, depends how you play it. I do want to limit the number of trained personnel so expect to play a heavy instructor/front line role if you do that :P
