If people wanted to post, they'd do it regardless of whether the action started in your post or theirs. It's just the typical problems we have with Nova...people get busy or lose interest, and just sort of fall away from it as the lack of posts compounds the issue over longer and longer periods of time until some big event like a time skip or a full group collab ropes people back in for a brief time before it all happens again.
