Hermione found some chicken breasts and decided to season and cook them up, maybe add some cheese and pasta and make some sort of Italian chicken parmesan of some sort. She took hold of her tea as she found most of the things she was looking for. She could easily pop out to the store and get some more groceries but she really didn't feel like going out into the world and making idle conversation with strangers at the check-out line. She looked up when she thought she heard someone. Of course it wouldn't be someone, it would be Remus. While she was a great student of his in the past, and while she had deduced that he was a werewolf, they were still on odd terms. The girl was no longer a kid anymore, war changed everyone and everything. And yet, the two hadn't really had any formal conversations. Not about the boring bleak weather or anything else like that. They couldn't avoid each other forever. She stepped back over to the oven as she put some chicken which she had seasoned, in a frying pan. She could easily tend to the pasta at the last minute with magic to get the water boiling. The sauce on the other hand, was her next objective. "I'm making extra, if you're hungry." Hermione called out. There was little point in trying to make less for herself. Remus needed to eat as much as she did, after all. - - - The woman was quick to give him useful information, before he was about to head off and do some exploring of his own, the girl stopped him. There was something odd about her but he couldn't really figure out what. In his mind, he could just be thrown off by the spontaneous crash. The girl could be no trouble at all. Then again, he was the Doctor and trouble and him went hand in hand. "Me?" The Doctor asked, not sure if he had met her before. It was possible. He had met children in their youths but being a time traveler, the way he met people was sometimes difficult. He sometimes met people before they met him. It was very complicated but still very fun. "Well I know I'm me. But I'm not sure I know who you are." He said to her. "So you know I'm the Doctor...have we met before?" He asked her. "I'm sorry, sometimes I meet people in other forms or during other events." He told her. It was good to know he had a potential friend, it was much better than finding out he had enemies. Of course, he had plenty of those. But while his ship recuperated, he would need to find something to do, someone to help. For now the only lead he had was the young blond woman. She didn't look familiar to him but he couldn't deny that he felt something different about her. She was human, no doubt there. So what was it? The Doctor wasn't sure but he often enjoyed tackling mysteries. This one could content him until he could travel again.
