I say skinned because his scales are much more smoothed out, though that could be due to the copious amount of fat and flab he's got on him. Yeah, there's no denying it, he's a hefty fellow. Larger limbs than a lot of dragons, wide thighs, chubby cheeks, double chin - he's like a walking fat joke for crissake! He wears a tattered bandanna wrapped around his thick neck, usually drenched in sweat and covered in food crumbs. Teeth are surprisingly bright white, despite his atrocious beer-stenched breath.
