Working on one then - which would have been predictable if one knew my sentiments towards poetry :hehe - I am reading the IC part first, though, before completing my character. It gives me better insight on the world of the RP and help me with the design. So it might take some time before the character sheet is done - considering that I am also studying for my theory exam - but I will be working on it unless I say otherwise. 
It also remains to mention that I am a first-timer here, so please do bear with me. I have only had similar experience in a German forum and believe it not to be much different, still...
