Umichi shook his head, as Suki told him he needed sleep. "If I am up, I am up. It's hard to get to sleep again once I am out of bed." He yawned again immediately after telling Suki he can't sleep. "I don't actually really recall dreams, so it's more of a blank page, nothing visible." When she spoke of the noises of her brothers and father and smiled, he smiled back, but felt a little concerned. I wonder if she realises, it may take years to see them again. I can't break that news to her though. As he started to stretch a bit, she started to speak. "I know its still early, but ..." He watched her, wondering about what she wanted to say and what she was thinking. "I was bored, and ..." She then sighed. Could she be trying to ask for a date? He thought, blushing and smiling to himself. As he was about to speak, he was interrupted by her smile. A soft voice came out. "I don't like eating alone, and was wondering if you'd join me". Umichi felt like face-palming himself. Yeah right, don't get cocky. Of course she wouldn't ask for a date. "Of course I'll join you." He smiled. Since he hasn't eaten during the night, he was especially hungry in the morning. It was still early, so anyone else in the inn would probably get out in about an hour at the earliest. "Let's go to the restaurant on the other side." he told Suki, grabbing her hand. Just in case, he decided to speak to the inn-keeper on his way out. "Can you tell anyone who comes out within two hours, to come to the restaurant on the other side?" "Why of course." was the reply he got.
