Cool, turning this story into an RP isn't a total bust! I'll probably have the OOC up some time tomorrow, but you're free to submit characters at any time. I don't like too many players in an RP, so I'll probably close the RP to new players at some point but still allow accepted players to create more characters to fill out the roster before the IC begins.

No rush though, this won't happen right away. I'll check back in in the morning to see if anyone else has shown interest and work on the OOC.
