I will be playing Stitches, The Seer Twins are in suspended animation so they can be processing requests for information and saving lives by preventing OP Titans from ever being born. They acted as both a limit on players powers in construction and a plot device, Voyance was suspended, despite being able to function fully on her own, in order for ORACLE to work and a group of mutants were trying to free her and/or disable ORACLE. Neither one was ever really "playable" just characters that served a purpose.
