Jade sat beside Marshall. It was nice to have a few minutes of peace and quiet, She didn't mind that he was in a daze, She did worry what would happen when the others found out. The solution was simple the others could not find out. Which meant that her time with Marshal was going to be short.

"I haven't seen that movie or heard of that band. I know what you mean about books. I couldn't pick just one. But I have a favorite author Lynn Leigh. She has a series about people like us."

Marshall shrugs. "I'm not sure. Maybe if I ask Doc.. Wait!" he said before shot up from the ground and jumped up to a ceiling vent. He undid the screws and reached in before pulling out a dusty laptop. "Holy crap it's still here!" He said with a laugh before he fell from the ceiling and back to the floor.

As the laptop lit up turned on the screen saver was a picture of Marshall before the mutations siting in the oval office with his feet on the president's desk. "And it still works! How about that."
