Hi, just some questions, this looks a bit interesting.1.Do the people in the past (before time travel was invented) know about time travel? I mean if all these rich people can just go back, wouldn't everyone there know people from the future, and share technology and stuff like that? Unless there is a law to keep it secret.2.Are there laws strictly made so that people do not change things too much in the past? Because this roleplay Is just asking for the time paradoxes.3. What kind of weapons are there, and the tech level of the world at 2037? And are there any specific Hunter anti-traveller weapons? Thanks for reading.
Thank you for asking! I did leave a lot of space for questions. 1. The machines that allow time travel (phantomgates and keyholes) cannot go past the 20th century in time. This was built in after an incident during the Civil War. 2. Yes, but many people ignore these laws as the time travel mechanisms are in a mode/position that do not allow interaction with anything during the time that they went back to. To make it simple, it is impossible to go back in time and kill your grandfather. You CAN, however, interact with other time travellers who are there at that time period. So, if you're in 1984, and a hunter goes back in time to 1984, you can kill him. 3. Well, I've been coming up with weaponry as I continue to work on this roleplay. I do already have a set arsenal for each side.
Each and every hunter comes packed with these weapons, and they can always get more. The Anti-Matter Rifle Designed in 2034 and finished in 2036, this weapon fires DEADLY 1.25cm grenade shells that have been filled and coated with the most dangerous material ever discovered on the human planet! Antimatter. Anything that gets shot by this in close to medium range proximity can not only be killed, but their bodies can completely disintegrate, leaving nothing but ash. I'll find a picture later. The Nomad Assault Pistol-Magnum Designed in 2023 and finished in 2027, this sidearm is a nifty weapon that switches from an average pistol firing 5.65mm rounds to a hand cannon firing 7.88 rounds in a click of a button! This weapon is standard for ALL hunters, and is an instant kill to any part of the body, besides limbs of course. This weapon can be modified to fire 8.0 rounds, and you can completely remove the magnum part of it, making it just a regular pistol. This thing is called the nomad because of its mobility. The magazine can be locked into place automatically reloaded in a matter of seconds, making it one of the most reliable pistols ever created. BUT it does have its downsides. Firing 5.65mm and 7.8 rounds can cause it to jam VERY easily, and the ammunition is very expensive at the time. The Punisher - Assault Cannonrifle Designed in 2037, and prototypes are being... "released," the Cannonrifle fires 8.68mm magnesium cylindrical rounds at a max rate of 45 bullets per second, with a magazine size of 130. This weapon is incredibly heavy, and many hunters only use it in extreme cases. It does work as a minigun, in some cases. The Behemoth Designed in 2022, and finished in 2034, this weapon is a gigantic laser cannon that is so powerful, that it emits EMP signals and can go through time. This weapon runs on solar energy cells, compared the hunter's Electronic-Battery cells. They are stronger, but they drain twice as fast and take 3x as longer to charge up in time for combat. This weapon is outlawed and only used in the military, but the hunters have got a hold of 3 in the past 5 years.

The Tesla Cannon Designed in 2033, and finished in 2037, this weapon is similar to the behemoth, except it fires electricity, rather than lasers. This weapon runs on Electron-Surge recharges, and are hard to obtain.

Hunters and Travellers use similar technology, and they share a lot of the same ideas with it. - Hunters - The Killbot Model 1.33 The Killbot was an experiment built in 2023, but never released until 2035 to the Hunters for a private deal. The Killbot is a mechanical war machine, built entirely from coltan, making it both bulletproof and immune to heat/cold damage. I modeled it after the terminator and RoboCop, imagining them combined. The Killbot has a Nomad pistol built into its right shoulder, for quick, concealed fire. Built into its chest is a modified Punisher, with a higher magazine of 500 rounds. His arms contain a 1.25mm grenade launcher, but not the anti-matter rifle. The killbots are very vulnerable to explosives. They can be dispatched by a quick 3 bullets to the processor in its head. It is very slow due to it carrying massive amounts of fire power, and they can be shut down by an EMP. Intelligent travellers can reprogram and hack them. The Micro-Targeting Chip This little device was designed and built in 2016, but never released until 2028. This chip is standard issue for all Hunters, and it allows for easy targeting of Travellers, due to Infrared Sensors. This chip cannot be turned off, so it is difficult to see in daytime assaults. This chip can be disabled by an EMP, and it can be removed by a Chip-Reproccessor. The chip CANNOT target robots or mechanical enemies. Only human travelers. -Travellers- The Autoloader Mechanized War Machine The Autoloader was a mechanical suit of super armor used to dispatch enemy soldiers during the Korean War, being designed in the late 1950's and the final model completed was back in 2019. The Travellers were able to obtain the schematics and have stolen a handful of them. They can also be built from scrap metal and parts of destroyed Killbots. The Travellers currently own and running a "Mech Factory," where they work to build these super machines. The Autoloader Mk. 1 is fit with a tesla cannon and covered in titanium framed, 3 inch steel armor. The Mk. 2 is fit with a Mega-Gun and 2 Anti-Matter rifles. The Mk. 2 is clad in regular 2.3 inch coltan armor, and is very rare to find or be used in combat. The Mk. 3 is fit with a super-colliding rock crush for quick grinder kills on close range targets. The Mk. 3 is also the most defended one, with titanium framed 6.7 inch steel armor with a coltan base, meaning the Mk. 3 is EXTREMELY slow in movement. Signal Transmitter This was a stolen piece of scrapped Hunter technology that the Travellers took into new bases. Designed in 2007 to find illegal travel frequencies, it was scrapped in 2009, but the Travellers were able to get their hands on one before it was gone. They took it apart and rebuilt it, making it able to detect when and where a Hunter is at all times... provided the hunter is using a Phantomgate. Lightning Sight Similar to the targeting chip, this sight can be attached to any weapon for quick location of Hunters, as long as they give off body heat. No body heat, no target.
I'll work on the rest of them later. Tech will be uploaded soon.
