Javier was born in a rich Spanish Family , hailing from Spain. He attended a Private School in Spain, before moving with his brother to the US. Javier then began to work atat Dusty Casino, and doing odd side jobs such has moving packages. As Javier began to deal tables and liking the casino more and more , he began to gain of the Casino's Floor Managers Daughter.
