You can't break Wisp's spirit for long!

Long post, I know, might expand upon it depending on whatever anyone else has. Stopped her right before she goes into the ball to open it up for other interactions, but Wisp's goal right now is to speak to Ms. Carver. I'll see what everyone else posts and hopefully get them talking after Eudora enters the party.
