Bio: (Optional): From a young age, tobius had always had a sort of photographic memory, thought he didn't tell many people about this, as a child his freinds used to make him remember everything they could about such random things. It wasn't until everyone started getting drivers license that he realized his true power, and the evil and good he could use it for. Unfortunately the bad he could use it for got to Tobius first. Memorizing peoples id at a bar and telling people addresses and names when someone became to rowdy, when someone complained to him that he was going to cause an identity theft that the idea came to him, and for the next three years that has been his job.

Tobius himself isn't as nice as his looks. Being vulgar and rash. Sometimes rowdy. Being perverted and loud, the only thing that stops him is the fact that he knows his place and is a bit of a coward.
