Like summoning things, seems Golem is the closest fit. [/quote] All mages, regardless of their power, have some degree of ability to dispel magic proportional to the spell they're trying to stop. (As such a single mage trying to stop an Archmage from using a spell beyond the mages own ability will likely fail.) As for conjuration no, even Golem Creation doesn't quite fit as the mage has to actually make the golem and then imbue it with the artificial life, but not independence of thought, that golems possess. Of which, An apprentice can manage 5 Golems An mage can manage 10 Archmage 20. Liches and Vampires use Archmage and Mage counts respectively, but have better quality.
