As soon as he read it, he crumpled it in reflex. The incident about the little girl, that was only known to him and his superiors. It wasn't exactly a secret, but he kept it close to his chest. He wasn't proud of it. He was guilty of it. How old could the little girl have been now, had he arrested the man?
