I should have mentioned it more, but Wes actually isn't part of a guild yet. I'm trying to have him join Phoenix Wing after the Valford's Plea
 when he realizes that guilds isn't a fancy name for a bar/restaurant for mages, but actually is a place where mages can find jobs and earn money, meaning that Wes doesn't have to scavenge for things or doing simple odd jobs.
