@edboy: Alright, I'll need a bit of time to look through it. @Kael: Honestly, those two powers are still a bit worrying. Would making the teleportation take time, but perhaps allowing him to teleport anywhere he's been in the past 24 hours as well as anywhere he can see be acceptable? This way, it can still be used to follow someone, but doesn't render him basically untouchable in a fight. As for the other power, would knowing the location of a person they consider to have done wrong and having a general idea of their surroundings be acceptable? Yes, that's what nerfed means. More often than not, battles in these kinds of settings seem to come down to 1 on 1 duels, so that's not likely to be an issue. As for making eye contact, it's been a while since I did any martial arts training, but I remember being told to try to maintain eye contact with an opponent, in part to know where they're likely to attack and in part so they don't know where you're going to attack. Frankly, I'm not sure that power could be balanced, given the setting. As far as the sleep stuff goes, making it take time would be a good start, but...I'd also recommend making the area of effect for the larger much smaller, since without even talking in terms of how powerful knocking out the entire city is, or how awkward it would be to RP, there are a lot of unpleasant implications (Driving? Taking a bath? There's a good chance you won't wake up). I'd say...basically, make it she can put one person to sleep for sure or she can do an area of effect version, maybe limited to the immediate area she's in, which could put normal people to sleep with no problem, but which contractors would have a chance of resisting. @ruronihs: Looks good to me. Accepted. @Psyga: Well, for now at least, there's no real limit aside from what people feel comfortable playing...so long as we don't end up with a player just RPing with themself the whole time.
