I work in corporate, so Griever IRL or online =/= Griever @ work.
If I acted the same at work as I do outside, I'd be fired in an hour flat. 

Also It's not a parade. The Pride PARADE is one of the events held during Pride Week, probably the most mild, but it's not the only event. Pride Week consists of about 9 events during June 24th - June 29th. 

Our volunteer thing is 2 events held during Pride Week called [i]"Dance on the Pier"[/i] and [i]"VIP Rooftop Party 'We Party: Presented by Masterbeat'"[/i]
