Pretty much full freedom. You're the best of the best for a reason. I'm allowing full freedom, but if something seems too powerful when the CS is submitted i'll let you know and we can work together to tone it down.

Oh, one thing, though. For fluff purposes, no devices which allow the players to 'phase' out of or between dimensions is allowed. Or anything that allows for long distance teleportation. That'd make it too easy.
