Assuming that the OOC gets a similar amount of attention, then I don't see why that would by a problem. I'd prefer that everyone goes the traditional route, but there seems to be enough interest for some leeway.

Possibly. If you go through the trouble of evolving into your final form, acquiring a mega ring and then the appropriate mega stone, I don't see why we wouldn't be able to work something out, though we'd be talking fairly late in the game.
