  • Jangel, make sure you have some proper grammar/spelling/punctuation in your posts. If you need help with your English, feel free to ask us.

  • Darkwolf, your legions are starting to spread thin, there might be consequences for that.

Take your time when you write, no need to rush.

Also, don't forget to proof-read it and edit out any errors you find.

And my post is up. It seemed the easiest way to include everyone who wanted to be there: as it seems unlikely the High Elves wouldn't have an agent in the Imperial city.

I noticed, I've got some up in cheydinhal and some in Valenwood, with part of the navy chasing down a pirate lord. Not exactly a good way to be splitting up your military, hence why I didn't send many more to Elsweyr and am hoping not to have it erupt into a full blown civil war until the Werewolf problem is fully dealt with. If push comes to shove, I'll start a volunteers paramilitary force for the Loyalists and hire mercenaries to supplement the legion peacekeeping forces that were in the region as part of the agreement with Elsweyr. The separatists are at a disadvantage here, so I think it will be relatively easy to keep them busy at the bargaining table while I prepare more forces. If I'm lucky, I may be able to appease the seperatists without conflict, if not then... Well, WAR

Thankfully all I have to worry about are silly pirates.

Good thing Redguards don't really trade.

Edit: Kind of creepy how Jangel13 writes all the Bosmer as one single individual...

I think he's more used to writing single characters, could always write from the prospective of a select few named characters though.

Also expect shit to be going down on Stros M'kai soon.

Just a note to everyone who isn't Darkwolf. The option to send a political representative to Argonia is welcomed, I'm not expecting the ruler of every faction to attend this meeting, at the very least. Just having someone there means that options are open: both for myself and for you.

I doubt anyone wants the emperor monopolising the help of the freshest and least affected faction in the previous two disasters, as well as the most dependable eastern, sea-faring faction...That couldn't be useful at all...*hum, tee, hum.*

@darkwolf do you want that message sent back? Or what cause I'm not sure if you want my manner to tell me or to tell my men to help you with the next altmer force?

He had the messenger tell him what happened in Elsweyr basically, he's providing the little evidence he can to the Bosmer quickly, because he's also in a hurry to seek out the other Thalmor. He needs to wrap up Valenwood quickly so he can go to Elsweyr because right now Civil Unrest is rising

Both are important enough that you have a choice. Skyrim is the more developed, but Orsimum has more potential for creativity.

*Orsinium.

And I agree with LimeyPanda. Skyrim would be more involved in the plot.

I must admit, I probably would have taken up Skyrim had the option been open. The fact that you get to have the Companions as a special war asset and maybe the fuckin' Dragonborn.

...and Balgruuf would be my High King. Fuck yeah Balgruuf

Sovi3t, the choice is up to you. If you look at the links on OOC front page, you can see that there are already profiles from previous players of Orsinium/Skyrim. You can reuse these or create your own.

Panda, Dragonborn (and all champions) can be canon, but only to an balanced extent. Hyperdrive has a Nerevarine ruling his Morrowind, however, the guy is just a powerful warrior king, not a CHIM (CHIM reserved for moderator usage ) wielding juggernaut. The same applies to your Argonian champion, more detail on that in my PM.

On the issue of champions, you're allowed to have 1 per country/nations/state. If they're not established in previous canon, they will be only as powerful as regular mortals.

At last, Darkwolf. Just letting you know that communication is not instantaneous, as traversing Tamriel, even between neighboring provinces, would take days. Your messenger is not Usain Bolt, he needs time before before delivering his messages.

Mortal is such an ambiguous term. I love it! You could be referring to people like a random Jarl, or someone as awe-shaking as Mannimarco.

I'm aware no single character should be on the Mann end of the spectrum in a Nation RP, but I just thought I'd point out the inconsistency of the term 'Mortal.' Even when paired with the equally ambiguous 'Regular.'

The Companions, as far as I can remember, aren't supposed to get involved in wars and whatnot unless shit hits the fan with the force of a panzerfaust. But Balgruuf would be a pretty cool High King.

Balgruuf was pretty much the only jarl in Skyrim who got things done.

-Nation name : Skyrim
-History (focus on the years 4E 201 to 205, anything before that is pr-established canon) : After the White-Gold Concord, the Redguard Dragonborn named Jartod entered Skyrim during his dark time. Jartod the righteous then began to form connections with the underground world of Skyrim, the Dark Brotherhood and the Thevies Guild. He was also a strong supporter of the College of Winterhold and stopped Thalmor operations. The Civil War, he aided an independent Skyrim, assisting the Stormclocks. Things turned about hairy afterwords. Ulfric was strangely murdered from his throne, with a written Will stating that Jartod would be to claim the crown. Things ensued, some opponents were threatening to kill and rebel, but they to disappeared as well. Skyrim after these events experienced a peaceful time.. relaxing and being lazy. However, things have changed after a few Nord groups have threatened to oust Jartod and with the country still recovering from the civil war. Time will tell if Jartod can stand the test of time..

-Leadership (type of government, leader, political agenda ) -

Type of Government - Monarchy , Ruled by Jarls

Leader - Jartod The Righteous

Politcal Agenda :

- Maintenance Independence of Imperial Rule
- Skyrim Nationalism
- Improve Living Conditions
- Improve Military Force by offering roles in Magic and allowing everyone to join, regardless of race
- Restore College of Winterhold
- "Reduce" Crime Rates
- Remove Talos Ban
- Improve Economy
- Lower Guard Corruption

-Allegiance (you can change this throughout the RP) - Alone / Independent
-Military

The Military in Skyrim is more diverse then ever, including the Companions and the Mages Guild but also with some elements of the Dark brotherhood and Thieves Guild

5,000 Recruits
5,000 Regulars
25,000 Veterans (Including Companions)
1,500 Spell Casters
2,000 Healers
200 Misc.

Notes :

The Dawnguard replace the role of the Vigilantes of Stendarr

-Culture/society

Skyrim is the land of the Nords. Cold, Harsh and often one of the most hardest places to survive, it has been called a wasteland by some, and a safe heaven by others. Skyrim overall has been a land of chances. With a Foreigner on the throne, the people have been mixed. The Nords believe that this is an outrage, however some disagree and approve of the reign. Other races has began to prosper, and with the re-building of the Mages Guild, Mages flood Skyrim. Also, the re-introduction of Talos has given Nords some confidence, and trust. Talos shrines often floak with flowers and other gifts
