Aslo - Raven's Inn

As others began entering the manifestation James had fabricated they would spot Aslo kneeling with his blade across his lap, lathering the blade with some kind of liquid. What they couldn't have known was that it was a very potent sleeping tonic which would hopefully make the following game of cat and mouse a very short lived one. He kept one ear opened to the strategy provided by Mikan. A sound plan, but I doubt many are willing to play the mouse. he pondered to himself. Of course he was all too willing to do so, but he didn't relish his odds of going about it on his own.

"Fellow Blades, Spymaster, I will volunteer to distract the cat. I would like to say I can handle it alone, but I am not so bold as to assume the cat is easy prey. I ask for assistance, and anyone who likes may help, I will distract it for as long as I can. Adieu." He said as he bowed, and motionedaway from the small crowd that had formed. As he moved towards the cat he could only guess as to when the beast would spring to life. He tried to mentally prepare himself for that moment. Sword drawn and pointed at the cat, he hoped that might be enough to give the feline pause, but he was ready to dodge if the situation arose. His plan was to graze the hide of the beast with his sword, and pray that the tonic was enough to put the beast to sleep without killing it.
